Living Waters Christian Education Center Inc. is a member of the International Commission on Accreditation (ICAAI), an independent subsidiary of Concepts of Freedom Ministries, Inc.. The Freedom Bible College and Seminary (FBCS) home office is also accredited through the National Accrediting Agency of Private Theological Schools (NAAPTI). Each branch of FBCS is encouraged to become accredited through NAAPTI.
Since we believe in the separation of church and state, we have not applied for accreditation to the U.S. Department of Education or any state or federal agency.
FBCS has applied for, and received religious exemption status from the State of Arkansas. We hold that our accrediting body is far above any USDE accrediting agency, because we are allowed to teach the Word of God and only the Word of God – without outside dictation.
The Director of the Arkansas Department of Higher Education has determined that Freedom Bible College and Seminary does not offer courses or degrees customarily offered at colleges and universities and that certification is not required by the Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
